Q. What do I get for my subscription?
A. You get unlimited access to the Motion Palpation and Chiropractic
Technique videos, regularly updated resources that expand your knowledge
of dynamic chiropractic, and the ability to email questions and comments
directly to Dr. Leonard J. Faye.
Q. Is there a money-back guarantee?
A. Absolutely. If, within 30 days, you are not 100% satisfied with the
ChiropracticMentor.com website and all of its resources, just email
us to cancel your subscription for a full refund.
Once the 30 days has been reached, you are unable to cancel the
subscription until the end of your 1 year term. In order to
provide the convience of the monthly or quarterly billing cycle, we pay
additional fees, which prohibits us to provide refunds and cancellations.

Q. What does a subscription cost?
A. A yearly subscription is only $49.95
That’s less than the cost of registering for one seminar.
Q. Will I be billed monthly?
A. No, you will only be billed one payment per year.
Q. May I download and make copies of the videos for my own personal
use?
A. No. You can only watch the videos online. You will not be able to download
or copy the videos.
Technical Support Questions
Q. What do I need to watch the videos?
A. All you need is a high-speed Internet connection (DSL, Cable or T1),
and the free, Real Media player. While you can watch the videos on a dialup
connection, the quality and smooth of the videos may suffer.
Q. When I click on movie link, nothing happens.
A. Make sure that you have not enabled “Block Pop-Up Windows”
on your browser. If pop-up windows are blocked, you will not see the movie
player.
Q. The video doesn't look "right" to me. Can I adjust
my settings?
A. Most people will be fine with the default
setting of RealOne Player. However, if you are experiencing problems here
are a few things you can do:
1. While the player is open go to "Tools" -> "Preferences"
->.
2. When the "Preferences" window opens, choose "Connection"
from the list on the left then on the right click "Test Connection..."
3. Now you will be presented with the "TurboPlay Connection Test".
Please click "Perform Test".
4. The test will tell you your true Connection Bandwidth. Now please click
the "Update" button.
5. When done, you will be returned to the "Preferences" window.
Now please choose "Playback Settings" from the list on the left.
6. At the bottom right of the window change "Connection" from
20 seconds to 300, and "Server" from 90 seconds to 300.
7. Click "OK". You are done!
Q. Why are there chapter headings on the video player?
A. To make watching the videos easier, we have broken each video in subject
heading. You may skip sections or play the sections in order, to watch
the entire video. If you finish your viewing session before completing
the tape, you can always return and click the chapter you left off on,
making watching the videos even easier.
Q. Can I make the video window any larger?
A. Depending on your setting you may be able to enlarge your window. But,
the video player is optimized to give you the smoothest video and highest-quality
sound and playback at the size provided. Making the window bigger will
degrade the viewing quality.
